•  Collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams on projects, provide finance support in terms of system, compliance, controlling, business operation and performance management. Optimize and improve processes of finance/business operation and result.  Have an in-depth understanding of the business to execute challenging data projects. Translate business problems into data issues, establish an analysis framework, integrate multiple data sources, and perform data processing and analysis.  Complete project result measurements and outputs through data analysis, supporting business decisions, and driving the formulation, implementation, and optimization of strategies. Create necessary data tables and datasets, use statistical modeling to analyze data, visualize the results, integrate them into dashboards and reports, and communicate data conclusions.

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:

 Minimum10 years’ experience in finance realm, and 5 years of experience working in business analysis / data analytics / business intelligence or financial modeling roles.

 Strong communication and project management skills to manage interest and expectation of stakeholders from cross functions.

 Proficiency in SQL, Python, and visualization tools (such as Tableau, Power BI, etc.), capable of completing data extraction, analysis, and visualization in complex data environments.

 Open-minded, fast learner & team player.

Preferred Qualifications:

•  Education major in accounting, finance management, business analysis, statistics, or related fields. Experience studying or working abroad is preferred.  FMCG experience & ability to optimize information and financial flows is a plus.
